Company Overview
Wire Rings was established in 1997 as a small manufacturing firm with a vision to manufacture high-quality Snap Rings. What began as a focused effort on a single product soon evolved into a comprehensive precision component manufacturer.
Over the years, we expanded our offerings to include Wave Springs, Wave Washers, Double Coil Rings, and Profiled Section Wires, making us a trusted one-stop solution for high-performance wire-formed components.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCEOur Story
The Beginning
Wire Rings was established as a small partnership firm with a vision to deliver consistent quality. We started in a 500 sq. ft. unit near Mumbai, shaping round wires into flat, trapezoidal and other profiles.
Building the Foundation
We began manufacturing Snap Rings. The recession in the automobile industry brought challenges and we operated with just nine employees. During this time we focused on our core competency — shaping round wire — and supplied profiled wires to Tata Special Steels Limited for Forbes.
The Turning Point
An American OEM approached us with a requirement very different from anything we had produced till then. We accepted the challenge to develop an “L-shaped” Snap Ring. After months of development, the product was successfully qualified — this opened the door to exports. That became a turning point and validated our focus on engineering-driven precision.
A New Era of Leadership
Wire Rings was fully / wholly taken over under the leadership of Mr. Ashish S. Patankar.
Expansion and Modernization
We relocated our operations to Palghar to increase capacity and upgrade our manufacturing infrastructure.
Diversification and Growth
We introduced new product lines such as double coil rings, wave washers and wave springs as part of our long-term growth roadmap.
