SAFETY POLICY
First Aid
At least 1 and up to 3 employees will have first aid knowledge. Minimum one first aid kit will be located in the factory premises.
The first aid kit will be inspected for inspected for sufficient contents.
Fire Prevention
No employees/visitors shall smoke in the factory premises.
Clean up any excess fuel spills, combustibles or flammable liquids at shop floor.
Every employee must know the location of all fire extinguishing equipment in his/her work area.
Lockout
Many times during the day; ensure the machine is secure when the operator leaves the machine at breaks, lunchtime. Lockout is done whenever anyone has to conduct repairs, maintenance, cleaning or inspections to the machine.
ENVIRONMENT POLICY
We at Wire Rings, will strive to protect the Environment through Protective continual improvements in our Environmental performance by
- Meeting all local legal and other requirements applicable to us for Environmental Management System.
- Optimising the usage of natural resources.
- Preventing Environmental Pollution by proper Handling, Storage and disposal of Hazardous Waste.
- Reducing in generation of all types of waste.
- Enhancing awareness towards Environment within all employees through periodic training.
- This policy shall be made available to all interested parties and shall be implemented effectively and reviewed periodically.
